Analyst, Sales Incentive Compensation
About the role

Reporting to the Manager Sales Comp and TM, this position is responsible for the accurate calculation and timely payment of sales commissions and associated sales compensation in accordance with Corporate and Divisional regulations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare the monthly/Quarterly/Annual commissions and bonus calculations (including Dealers).
- Validate the sales data, make necessary adjustments (credit suppression, pro-rating, guarantees etc) and process the OIC calculations.
- Aid in the programming of sales incentive compensation programs and run testing to ensure the programming is accurate.
- Prepare Exec summary that allows the reviewer to quickly ascertain that the data and calculations are complete and correct.
- Prepare and submit pay-sheets to the payroll department for the timely processing of payments.
- Manage the SFA “commission adjustment” process and liaise directly with sales managers to promptly resolve queries.
- Improve and manage incentive policies and procedures.
- Participate in projects or workouts that enhance OIC capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience with complex data management and calculations, preferably within a commission or payroll role.
- Experience with OIC (Oracle Incentive Compensation) and TM (Territory Manager).
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills, experience with SQL is a plus.
- Coordination and Communication: Work closely with line and field management to address the business needs and to promptly resolve queries.
- Excellent communication skills including an ability to appropriately discuss sensitive (pay) information.
- Liaison with IS team and internal stakeholders provides feedback loop on compensation results.

Salary
$71,300.00 - $97,750.00 USD
