Analyst - Sales Enablement
About the role
The Sales Enablement Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing commercial product content that enables sales teams to effectively position, sell, and support ProAmpac's products and solutions. This role serves as the bridge between Product Development, Strategic Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Leadership to ensure sellers have accurate, compelling, and accessible product information throughout the customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Sales Enablement, the Product Content Analyst manages the organization's product knowledge repository, sales content library, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing resources. This role ensures commercial content remains current, consistent, and aligned with evolving market needs, product innovations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain commercial product content, including product overviews, technical data sheets, sales guides, brochures, presentations, playbooks, FAQs, and customer-facing collateral.
- Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging that supports consultative selling.
- Create standardized product messaging that highlights customer value propositions, competitive differentiation, sustainability benefits, and application expertise.
- Ensure product content supports multiple industries, markets, and customer segments.
- Serve as the primary owner of the commercial product knowledge library and content repository.
- Organize and maintain sales enablement content within the organization's content management and enablement platforms.
- Establish governance processes for content creation, approval, version control, and lifecycle management.
- Archive outdated materials and ensure sales teams have access to the most current content.
- Partner closely with Product Development, Strategic Marketing, Sales Leadership, Operations, R&D, and Customer Success to gather product information and develop sales resources.
- Support new product launches by developing sales kits, launch materials, competitive positioning, and product training resources.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions to prepare commercial content in advance of launches.
- Coordinate with Marketing Communications to ensure consistency between marketing campaigns and sales materials.
- Research competitor products, market trends, industry developments, and customer needs.
- Develop competitive battle cards and comparison guides for the sales organization.
- Monitor industry changes and communicate relevant updates to commercial teams.
- Maintain current market intelligence that supports strategic selling conversations.
- Develop product playbooks and sales tools that improve seller confidence and customer engagement.
- Assist in creating content for onboarding programs, sales training, and ongoing commercial development.
- Partner with Sales Training & Development to integrate product knowledge into learning programs.
- Support sales meetings, product launches, and commercial events with content preparation.
- Monitor utilization and effectiveness of sales content through analytics and user feedback.
- Collect input from field sales teams to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend enhancements that improve seller productivity and customer engagement.
- Measure content adoption and support continuous optimization initiatives.
- Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain project timelines for product launches and content updates.
- Ensure consistent branding, formatting, and messaging across all commercial materials.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technical Writing, Packaging Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, technical communications, product management, commercial excellence, or content development.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or packaging organizations strongly preferred.
- Experience creating technical and commercial content for sales organizations.
- Familiarity with content management systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with graphic design, presentation software, or digital content creation tools is a plus.

Work environment
Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision and other protection required when in manufacturing areas. This role operates in a professional office environment that may have some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing areas.
