Analyst, Sales and Incentives - Columbus, OH

About the role

The opportunity is located in Abbott's Therapeutic Nutrition division in Columbus, OH. This position oversees all aspects of the Therapeutic sales incentive program, including design, implementation, and ongoing process improvement. Responsibilities include delivering insights and recommendations through data interpretation, conducting ad hoc analysis, and designing and building key business reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Therapeutic sales incentive program, including design, implementation, and on-going process improvement.
• Deliver insights and recommendations through data interpretation, illustration, and documentation of key findings.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to address emergent business questions in support of marketing, sales, and finance.
• Participate in on-going efforts surrounding data source innovation, data quality, and process automation.
• Design, build, and maintain key business reports focusing on share performance and market parameters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in General Business, Finance, Math, Statistics, or Computer Information Systems.
• 3-5+ years of experience in corporate analytics roles.
• Strong preference for experience with Power BI, SQL, Salesforce.com, and familiarity with analytical programming languages like Python, R, or Scala.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical skills, including strong data interpretation skills, and demonstrated experience telling clear, accurate, and compelling stories that synthesize trends across multiple reports or data sources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in providing thought leadership and influencing senior management.
• Proven success in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with analytical programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala is a plus, but not required.

Pay

The base pay for this position is $68,000.00 – $136,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
