Analyst, RFP
About the role
The Global Database team analyst will be part of the Firm profile sub team and will help to maintain and manage the Firm AUM and Firm Personnel data collected to meet the requirements of the external consultant databases as well as helping answer firm related quantitative questions received by the Global RFP team and external surveys.
Responsibilities
- Collect and collate Firm level Aum and personnel data
- Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely data to external consultant databases as well as members of the Global RFP team
- Ensure the consistency and integrity of the data collected
- Updating of standard reports and visualization dashboards
Requirements
- 1-2 years related work experience; RFP experience preferred but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree, Economics/Communications/English/Liberal Arts preferred; some exposure to Economics or Finance courses or interest in the markets preferred but not required
- Experience with MS Excel and SQL but not essential
- Knowledge of data visualization tools a plus, Power BI and Tableau
- Ability to investigate and manipulate large amounts of data from various sources within strict deadlines
Qualifications
Salary range for this position in New York, NY is $100,000 - $106,000 Base/year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
