Analyst, Research (future opportunity)

In this Role

• Collect, assess, and analyze corporate financial statements, earnings releases, news updates, and other industry-relevant data.
• Maintain and update databases for seamless information accessibility.
• Craft real-time, value-added research reports that contribute to our industry knowledge.
• Uphold the responsibility for the continuous maintenance of research materials.
• Actively participate in industry events and conference calls, staying on the forefront of relevant developments and trends.
• Excel at extensive financial modeling tasks, including the design and creation of new models as needed to enhance our analytical capabilities.
• Contribute content for Hedgeye's digital media platforms, including web, mobile, video, and audio, to share our insights with a broader audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or related field, with minimum GPA of 3.0
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Programming language proficiency preferred
• Data interpretation skills and the ability to communicate findings through data visualization
• Innovative thinking to confidently generate new ideas, 'think outside the box'
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to internal team and clients

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
• Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus
