About the role
The Analyst, Research plays a crucial role within the Specialty Practices - LS & HC at Yoh Services LLC, supporting the SPG Solutions Practice by identifying and sourcing highly skilled candidates for business and technology roles, as well as targeting prospective clients actively recruiting for these positions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with recruiting and sales teams to develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent and potential client leads. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to research, using advanced sourcing tools and creative methodologies to uncover diverse talent pools and market opportunities. The position is based in the Saint Louis, MO office.
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced web-based research tools such as ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bullhorn, and specialized job boards to source and present qualified candidates matching specific business and technical roles within the specialty practices.
- Apply innovative and diverse sourcing strategies to identify top talent, accounting for passive candidates and underrepresented groups to support diversity and inclusion initiatives. (Approximately 50% of responsibilities)
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis by leveraging online research tools, meta-search engines, industry publications, and networking platforms to identify potential client companies actively hiring for targeted roles.
- Compile comprehensive profiles including contact information and organizational insights for the sales team to facilitate strategic outreach and business development efforts. (Approximately 40% of responsibilities)
- Accurately manage and maintain candidate and client data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring up-to-date and precise records.
- Collaborate with Practice Leads, Sales, and Recruiting teams to analyze sourcing metrics, evaluate trends, and optimize research and outreach strategies to enhance overall effectiveness. (Approximately 10% of responsibilities)
- Participate in regular team meetings to share findings, suggest improvements, and stay informed of evolving client needs and market conditions.
- Continuously explore and apply emerging research methodologies and tools to stay ahead in a competitive recruitment and business development environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years relevant experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment research, or a closely related function within a staffing, consulting, or business services environment.
- Proven track record using web-based research tools and Applicant Tracking Systems for candidate and client data management.
- Demonstrable ability to adapt to new software platforms and tech-driven sourcing tools efficiently.
- Strong command of the English language with effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience sourcing professional-level candidates in both technical and business domains, particularly within business services communities.
- Proficiency with research and sourcing software tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Bullhorn, and Crunchbase.
- Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain data integrity across sourcing databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the aptitude to build rapport and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external contacts.

Pay
The wage range for this role is $52,160 - $78,240. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
