About the role

AWS is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, personable, and detail-oriented manager to lead AR programs for the AWS Partner business. The AR Manager will create and drive strategy and tactics to effectively communicate key differentiators for AWS partner programs, including the AWS Partner Network. AWS is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud, offering over 200+ fully featured services from data centers globally. Millions of customers—including the fastest-growing startups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies—are using AWS to lower costs, become more agile, and innovate faster. Because of this, there are thousands of analysts worldwide who are trying to understand AWS in order to help their clients realize the transformation potential of cloud and AI for their business. Our role is to inform these analysts and explain how AWS is different, and to work with these analysts to help them understand core customer and partner requirements and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive strategy and tactics to effectively communicate key differentiators for AWS partner programs
  • Inform analysts and explain how AWS is different, working with them to help understand core customer and partner requirements and concerns
  • Innovate within the AWS AR program while measuring and communicating results
  • Balance strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working with senior executives
  • Work independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, and identifying market challenges and opportunities for AWS customers and partners
  • Deliver on numerous collaborative projects and manage day-to-day operations related to program activities in a global organization

Basic qualifications

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working cross-functionally and driving decision making among stakeholders with competing goals
  • Experience with various types of research methodologies, including quant, qual, 1P & 3P data, trend analysis & forecasting, etc.

Pay

  • USA, CA, San Francisco: $164,100.00 - $222,000.00 USD annually
  • USA, NY, New York: $164,100.00 - $222,000.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $149,200.00 - $201,800.00 USD annually
