About the role

The Analyst Relations Manager, Partner Programs, Go-to-Market AR Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) leads AR programs for the AWS Partner business. The role involves creating and driving strategy and tactics to effectively communicate key differentiators for AWS partner programs, including the AWS Partner Network.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute AR programs that effectively communicate AWS's unique value proposition to analysts and other stakeholders.
• Work with senior executives to align AR strategy with broader business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to AR program activities in a global organization.
• Measure and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Innovate within the AR program while ensuring alignment with AWS's overall strategy.

Requirements

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience with various types of research methodologies is key, including quant, qual, 1P & 3P data, trend analysis & forecasting, etc.

Skills

• Ability to quickly understand technically deep topics and go-to-market strategies.
• Strategic thinking combined with tactical, detailed execution.
• Comfortable working independently and sorting through ambiguously defined problems.
• Identifying market challenges and opportunities for AWS customers and partners.

Pay

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• New York, NY: $164,100.00 - $222,000.00 USD annually
• Seattle, WA: $149,200.00 - $201,800.00 USD annually

Schedule

This position will be located in an Amazon/AWS U.S. Corp office based in the following locations: Seattle, WA (HQ); San Francisco, CA, New York City TX. Relocation offered from within the U.S. only to these locations.
