About the role

The Analyst Relations Manager, Partner Programs, Go-to-Market AR Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) leads AR programs for the AWS Partner business. The role involves creating and driving strategy and tactics to effectively communicate key differentiators for AWS partner programs, including the AWS Partner Network.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute AR programs to inform analysts and help them understand AWS's unique value proposition.
• Work with analysts to understand core customer and partner requirements and concerns.
• Communicate results to senior leadership and build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs.
• Drive direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and balance strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to program activities in a global organization.
• Innovate within the AR program and measure and communicate results.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working cross-functionally and driving decision making among stakeholders with competing goals.
• Experience with various types of research methodologies is key, including quant, qual, 1P & 3P data, trend analysis & forecasting, etc.

Skills

• Ability to quickly understand technically deep topics and go-to-market strategies.
• Comfortable working with senior executives and balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution.
• Comfortable working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, and identifying market challenges and opportunities for AWS customers and partners.

Pay

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• New York, NY: $164,100.00 - $222,000.00 USD annually
• Seattle, WA: $149,200.00 - $201,800.00 USD annually
