Analyst Relations Manager, Partner Programs, Go-to-Market AR Team

About the role

The Analyst Relations Manager, Partner Programs, Go-to-Market AR Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) leads AR programs for the AWS Partner business. This includes creating and driving strategy and tactics to effectively communicate key differentiators for AWS partner programs, such as the AWS Partner Network.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute AR programs that effectively communicate AWS's unique value proposition to analysts and influencers.
• Manage relationships with key analysts and influencers to build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for AWS partner programs.
• Communicate results to senior leadership and provide regular updates on program progress.
• Build and scale cross-functional marketing programs to support AR initiatives.
• Drive direction and alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of AR programs.
• Identify and address market challenges and opportunities for AWS customers and partners.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working cross-functionally and driving decision making among stakeholders with competing goals.
• Experience with various types of research methodologies is key, including quant, qual, 1P & 3P data, trend analysis & forecasting, etc.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $149,200.00 - $201,800.00 annually in Seattle, WA and $164,100.00 - $222,000.00 annually in New York, NY. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

Schedule

This position will be full-time and remote, with the option to work from an Amazon/AWS U.S. Corp office based in Seattle, WA, San Francisco, CA, or New York City, TX. Relocation offered from within the U.S. only to these locations.
