Analyst, Provider Configuration (Remote)

About the Role

The Analyst, Provider Configuration role is responsible for maintaining critical provider data across claims and provider databases. This position ensures data accuracy and compliance with business and system requirements, contributing to effective network management and supporting provider services through reporting and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Audit provider records for quality and financial accuracy and provide documented feedback.
• Aid with complex configuration issues and the loading of provider information.
• Generate and distribute network-related compliance, regulatory, and accreditation reports.
• Produce provider-related reports to facilitate provider services and resolve provider issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare, preferably in customer or provider services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong critical-thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and relevant software applications.
