Associate Analyst, Provider Configuration (Remote)

About the role

The Associate Analyst, Provider Configuration supports provider data management by maintaining accurate and timely provider information across various claims and provider databases. This position ensures data integrity to facilitate proper claims processing and reporting, contributing to the organization’s operational effectiveness in network management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze provider information from external sources for data entry.
• Maintain provider demographic data, including affiliation and contract assignment, according to departmental standards.
• Audit provider records for quality and financial accuracy and provide documented feedback.
• Ensure accurate loading of provider information to support claims processing, reporting, and directory functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience, preferably in customer or provider services, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong critical-thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in customer service.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, and relevant software programs.
