Analyst, Practice Engagement
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists in development, pilot, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen practice partnerships and associated clinical outcomes with Manager support.
- Scope may include tools, technology requirements, data reports/insights, training collateral, etc.
- Uses a professional presentation style to communicate and creates effective visuals to convey data and/or information in an easily digestible manner with clear takeaways.
- Works collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work and other common priorities.
- Assists in the creation and management of datasets, reporting, and/or results to convey targeted messages for a variety of audiences. Includes quantitative and qualitative research.
- Participates in special projects outside of the day-to-day scope of responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (1 - 2 years of relevant experience required)
- Demonstrated Project Management experience, including ability to work on multiple projects concurrently (1 -2 years of relevant experience required)
- Resourceful, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has an innate desire to learn (required)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook (required)
- Able to read and write complex formulas in Excel (required)
- Healthcare background, interest, or educational experiences (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance (preferred)
