Analyst, Pension Fund Advisory

About the role

SitusAMC is seeking a Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent. The ideal candidate will have prior financial experience or applicable experience of 1+ years, excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and an analytically minded approach. They should be able to meet deadlines, be self-motivated, and execute at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the execution of the borrowing program
• Prepare on-time financial deliveries and reports
• Support the preparation of financials, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with clients and colleagues for financial and consulting engagements
• Review and approve borrowing requests, outgoing and incoming payments
• Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and other deliverables
• Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication
• Collaborate with the team on projects and face-to-face meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience
• Experience with financial reports and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Desire to grow professionally

Benefits

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $70,300.00 - $75,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market data. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401K plan. SitusAMC also provides a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility, and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.

Pay

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $70,300.00 - $75,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
