Analyst (PB)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Miami team, covering Private Banks. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting platform operations, project management, client servicing, and the full lifecycle management of complex financial products.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience

  Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field - Exposure to structured products, annuities, or alternative investments is a plus; willingness to learn is required

• Technical & Analytical Skills

  Technical & Analytical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; comfort working with large datasets and identifying discrepancies

• Soft Skills & Working Style

  Soft Skills & Working Style: - Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch things others miss and take data accuracy personally - Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting demos or updates to stakeholders - A self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities without losing the thread - Collaborative by nature — you build trust with developers, clients, and internal teams equally - Comfortable in ambiguity; you ask the right questions to move forward rather than waiting for perfect information - A service mindset — you treat client issues with urgency and close the loop
