About the role
As an Analyst on Eventellect's College Athletics team, you will work with a team of experienced professionals to implement and execute ticketing strategies, support our collegiate partners, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Learn, articulate, and implement Eventellect's unified ticketing principles
- Lead recurring partner meetings and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across collegiate athletic departments
- Manage deadlines and execution of partner deliverables through research, analysis, and leveraging internal tools and technologies
- Compile findings and prepare executive-level presentations and communications
- Apply technical and analytical skills to solve problems and identify opportunities for our partners
- Manage the day-to-day execution of strategic accounts across Eventellect's college athletics portfolio
- Develop an understanding of each partner's ticketing objectives, inventory, sales calendar, and broader athletic department priorities
- Work collaboratively across internal teams to develop and execute strategies that account for the seasonality and unique characteristics of college athletics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent required; graduate degree (MBA or other quantitative discipline) a plus
- 3+ years of experience in a service-oriented, consulting, analytical, ticketing, or related role; experience within college athletics, sports, live entertainment, technology, or financial services preferred
- College athletics and/or collegiate ticketing experience strongly preferred
- A passion for college athletics and an understanding of the seasonality, sales cycles, and nuances of the collegiate sports landscape
- A passion for solving partner challenges and a commitment to partner success
- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
- Ability to successfully prioritize deadlines and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to thrive in a lean, startup-like environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server and/or Snowflake preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed, particularly during key periods of the college athletics calendar
