Analyst, Network Operations

Remote | Confidential SearchOur client, a rapidly growing PBM, is seeking an Analyst, Network Operations to support pharmacy network pricing, plan configuration, MAC updates, reimbursement analysis, and pricing quality assurance. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong analytical skills and experience working with PBM, pharmacy, claims, pricing, or reimbursement data. Qualifications:2+ years of experience in PBM operations, pharmacy network operations, pricing/reimbursement, benefit configuration, claims, or a related healthcare environmentExperience with pricing, reimbursement, network, benefit plan, or claims configuration processesStrong Excel skills and ability to analyze claims, pricing, reimbursement, and performance dataFamiliarity with MAC pricing and pharmacy reimbursement concepts preferredExperience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Domo, or similar analytics tools is a plusStrong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and communicate issues clearly
