What You'll Do
- Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

- Hold meetings with the Service team to go over renewal strategy and any changes from the last renewal
- Create and manage renewal policies and trackers in EPIC, including tracking expected payments and midterm changes
- Prepare client entity invoices using mail merge and create corresponding placeholder invoices in EPIC
- Bill carrier invoices in EPIC, ensuring alignment with service team billing instructions
- Monitor incoming client payments, apply them in EPIC, and update trackers accordingly
- Follow up weekly with service teams on outstanding balances by location
- Transfer funds in EPIC to carrier invoices based on due dates and coordinate with payables for timely disbursements
- Reconcile all balances at renewal close, coordinating with service teams on refunds or return payments as needed
- Manage midterm changes by updating trackers, preparing invoices, billing carriers, and applying payments
- Ensure midterm change accounts reconcile properly and support client refunds or corrections
- Serve as the main contact for real estate accounting questions from internal teams
- Generate and distribute monthly accounts receivable (AR) reports to real estate service teams
- Train new service team members on real estate accounting processes and tools
- Support service teams in resolving carrier statement discrepancies and assist with quoters and account reconciliations
- Receive and compile weekly sales data from various sources
- Analyze sales performance metrics and summarize key insights
- Organize data into Excel-based reports and dashboards to support decision-making by senior management
- Provide clear point-in-time snapshots and historical comparisons to help identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Completion of special projects as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of similar or related experience
- Prioritize college graduate, 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suites with expert required
- Advanced MS Excel Knowledge
- Limited travel required (less than 25%)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
- EFFECTIVELY MANAGES MULTIPLE PROJECTS WHILE MEETING TIMELINES
- Communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to think critically and negotiate when needed
- Mentor and peer review analyst work
- Handles sensitive information with confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated posting timeline for this opportunity is 07/02/2025 - 08/06/2025. Salary Range: $65,000 USD - $90,000 USD.
