Sales Reporting & Consolidation

The Analyst, NA Sales Strategy and Analytics executes NA sales reporting, consolidates weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales data on KPIs (forecast vs. actuals, top doors, SKUs, inventory levels, shipments, etc.), and produces weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership review.

Supports data validation and quality assurance; identifies discrepancies and escalates data issues to management.

Assists in synthesizing sales data into clear summaries and supporting insights for senior leadership.

Sales Forecasting & Planning Support

Supports NA sales forecast processes; assists with data consolidation and reconciliation across teams.

Performs ad-hoc analysis on forecast variance; prepares supporting documentation for management review.

Affixes to sales planning calendar coordination and cross-functional alignment activities.

Market & Retailer Reporting

Consolidates monthly and quarterly retailer performance data for Ulta, Sephora, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other key partners.

Tracks and reports on market share, sales performance, and inventory trends by retailer, category, and brand.

Supports market analysis activities; gathers and organizes competitive and market trend data for management review.

Alloy System & Dashboard Support

Assists with Alloy system implementation; supports user training and adoption across the analytics team.

Performs data validation in Alloy; monitors dashboard accuracy and flags data quality issues.

Affixes to dashboard maintenance; assists with ad-hoc report requests and data pulls as needed.

Documents Alloy processes and best practices; assists with training and onboarding on new system functionality.

Data Quality & Process Execution

Executes data quality checks and validation procedures; ensures accuracy and completeness of all reporting datasets.

Follows established reporting processes and workflows; identifies opportunities to streamline or improve efficiency.

Maintains current documentation on reporting processes and system configurations for team reference.

Cross-Functional Support

Collaborates with sales, supply chain, finance, and category teams to gather data and support reporting needs.

Supports the preparation of materials for leadership meetings; assists with data visualization and presentation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, sales analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or related analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-to-advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Powerbi) and dashboard concepts
• Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data modeling, formulas)
• Familiarity with SQL for data queries; ability to write basic SELECT queries against relational databases
• Experience working with or viewing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools; understanding of dashboard design principles
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for creating clear, professional reports and presentations
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative and proactive team player; comfortable seeking guidance and escalating issues appropriately
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and analytics methodologies; self-directed learner

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Alloy or similar modern analytics platforms
• Background in beauty, retail, or CPG industry
• Familiarity with sales forecasting concepts and revenue planning processes
• Experience with data warehousing or ETL concepts

Pay Transparency – The following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $55,00-$83,000. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
