About the Solutions Consulting & Engineering (SC&E) Team

Solutions Consulting & Engineering is a customer-focused, solutions-led organization that delivers end-to-end and emerging solutions to drive customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop analytical and technological solutions to achieve defined business objectives.
  • Consult with business users to ensure solutions meet business needs and are practical to implement.
  • Help maintain project plans and schedules.
  • Create project documentation, including technical documents such as process flows and user manuals.
  • Create clear, compelling charts, tables, and other visuals.
  • Present results and recommendations to clients and partners.
  • Create educational and sales materials to empower WWT account teams.
  • Utilize AI to increase customer satisfaction, streamline workflows, and increase overall productivity.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of work experience in Management Consulting, Engineering, AI, Data Science, Security, Cloud, Business, Scientific Research, or relevant topics.
  • At least 1 recent (within the last year) internship in Management Consulting, Engineering, AI, Data Science, Security, Business, Scientific Research, or relevant topics.
  • BA or BS required; preferred majors include Economics, Statistics, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Biology. Advanced degree highly desired.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving through AI literacy and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business or academic workflows.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Experience multitasking, including gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting tasks across multiple user groups in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems in a group setting.
  • Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem and identify the measurement or business objective.
  • Working experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, and business visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Must be on-site in STL, Seattle, or Denver, in the office 2–3 days per week.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on factors such as shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure, certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
