Analyst, Licensing
About the role
As a Licensing Analyst, you'll gain hands-on experience operating a business in an exciting period of growth. You'll work within our global brand, partnering across Product, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external licensing partners. You'll help bring products to market, analyze business performance, support strategic growth initiatives, and help expand Levi's presence across new categories and consumers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Support the growth and performance of Levi’s licensed product categories, including Kids, Outerwear, Belts, and emerging category opportunities.
- Deliver sales, royalty, forecasting, and business performance reporting that informs category planning, business reviews, and decision-making.
- Partner with external licensees and internal Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to drive product development, seasonal execution, and category performance.
- Cook up product reviews, approvals, milestone tracking, and seasonal deliverables across licensed categories, ensuring alignment from concept through commercialization.
- Manage physical product workflows, including samples, mock-ups, prototypes, trial orders, and product feedback, facilitating reviews and decision-making with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Prepare presentations, reporting, and insights for leadership meetings, partner reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Support category expansion, new business opportunities, and operational initiatives that contribute to the continued growth of Levi’s Global Licensing business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, accounting advisory, corporate strategy, financial analysis, or a related business function.
- Experience building financial models, business analyses, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting business planning, forecasting, performance reporting, or strategic initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business, product, or category performance data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience presenting recommendations, business updates, or analyses to partners and leadership teams.
- Knowledge of consumer products, retail, brand management, merchandising, licensing, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Pay
The expected starting salary range for this role is $69,400 - $101,800 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
