About the role
The Analyst, Legal Project Management supports the firm's legal project management (LPM) function. This includes implementing LPM policies and procedures, managing the firm's LPM software and tools, and assisting lawyers and staff in adopting LPM best practices.
Responsibilities
- Work with the LPM team to offer best-in-class LPM support in an AMLaw 50 firm
- Support the firm's LPM strategy by leveraging and developing analytics and technology solutions
- Aid firm lawyers and staff in implementing LPM best practices
- Manage/Implement the firm's LPM software and tools
- Support the firm's LPM process for assigned practice groups
- Work with the Legal Project Management team to develop and manage project budgets and timelines
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Create and update data and dashboard solutions, with emphasis on visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- 3+ years related experience, in a law firm, in-house law department or other relevant office environment
- Familiarity with pricing of legal services, including a strong working knowledge of non-hourly pricing models (alternative fee arrangements)
Pay
The salary wage range for New York is a minimum of $91,000 and a maximum of $115,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
