Analyst, Investment & Development Program
About the Program
The America's Principle Business Analyst Program is Greystar's two-year rotational program designed for early-career professionals interested in building a career in real estate investment and development. Analysts complete two one-year rotations across different functions, gaining hands-on experience in how Greystar sources, underwrites, finances, develops, and manages real estate investments and developments across the Americas. Throughout the program, analysts build technical expertise, develop a broad understanding of the business, and gain exposure to teams and leaders across the organization. Potential rotations may include acquisitions, portfolio management, credit, development, finance, investor relations, and more. Upon successful completion of the program, analysts transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
