What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for day-to-day level two support for a real-time settlement and clearance application, interacting with internal implementation teams, external vendors, and development.

• Works with internal and external teams on application configuration, file transfers, MQ, and connectivity
• Collaborate with development partners to continuously improve resiliency and stability
• Interfaces with project managers and development teams to implement required application changes
• Provide overall operational support when required

What You Bring

• 3+ years of overall experience with HPE NonStop Guardian environment (PATHWAY/NETBATCH/TACL)
• Experience with file transfer solutions SFTP and IBM Connect:Direct
• Basic understanding of network architecture (IP addresses/VIPs/ports)
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers
• MQ support/implementation knowledge

Bonus if you have

• Capital Markets (settlement/clearance) experience a plus
