The Office of Transactions Services (OTS) is looking for dedicated, resourceful, and enthusiastic individuals who strive for excellence and thrive in a fast paced, service-oriented environment. The Analyst II serves as a key technical resource, lead, and trainer for Personnel Specialists and Senior Personnel Specialists, ensuring accurate and timely pay in alignment with departmental policies, control agency requirements, labor agreements, laws, rules, and regulations. This position utilizes multiple systems to import and export high volume data, generate staff forms, and prepare reports for management. The Analyst II also functions as an expert advisor and primary point of contact for resolving the department’s most complex personnel transaction issues.Under the general direction of the Supervisor I (Branch Chief), the incumbent provides analytical, administrative, and training support to OTS.
