Analyst II, Business Solutions
Job Summary
Under general supervision, conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost / benefit analyses, technical and/or process opportunities, solutions testing, and implementation in an effort to align business solutions with the company strategy and initiatives.
Undertakes projects requiring specialized business knowledge and decision making that will influence others across the company to adopt newly re-engineered processes for end to end support for all AP card services across the enterprise.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Works with management, stakeholders, impacted users, and individual team leaders by contributing strategic vision and integrating a broad range of ideas regarding business solutions development.
- To be able to coordinate cross functionally as well as with onshore and offshore resources.
- Aids with, creates, and can communicate out on a large basis projects plans, and coordinates resources to accomplish project tasks.
- Conducts business processes and systems analysis while considering the business implications to the current and future business environment and solutioning for long term integration with the org.
- Aids with deliverables, cost, schedule and quality of one or more enterprise solutions projects.
- Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.
- Works with internal and external customers, suppliers and other partners to resolve problems, respond to suggestions for improvement and enhancements, test, refine and institutionalize solutions.
- Drives the project(s) and the organization toward achieving business results.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience 3 years relevant experience (in addition to education requirement).
- PREFERRED: PMI Certification PMP Certification Project Management Experience.
