Analyst I - III
Job Summary/Purpose
Performs a wide variety of data analyses under general supervision of senior analysts and managers.
Responsibilities
- Researches assigned portions of a project, documents sources and works with relevant stakeholders inside and outside of department to ensure relevancy.
- Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to senior analysts.
- Supports the review of functions and structures of business area to avoid overlap and duplication.
- Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
- Performs quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale.
- Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by senior analysts.
- Create, manage, verify and process various construction and storm contracts and purchase orders.
- Support networks supply chain and other stakeholders as needed on construction contracts as needed.
- Work with external vendors to address invoice issues, contract questions, supporting docs, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum education required of the position: Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience.
- Desired: Master's Degree.
- Minimum Experience Required Of The Position:
- Analyst I: 0-2 years professional experience.
- Analyst II: 2-4 years professional experience.
- Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience.
