About the role
The Analyst I in Plant Operations is responsible for information quality control, analysis, and assessment of the institution's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The CMMS directs maintenance workers and serves as CDCR's management tool for work orders, decision-making, and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Conducts quality control checks on CMMS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyzes CMMS data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Assesses maintenance needs and develops recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborates with maintenance staff to implement corrective actions.
- Prepares reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of relevant experience in administrative or analytical roles.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- College degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in corrections or similar public sector environments.
- Knowledge of public administration principles and governmental functions.

Schedule
12-month Limited Term position that may be extended to 24 months.
