Analyst, GPO Contract Membership - Excel Test Scores Are Required

Job Description

The position is responsible for supporting the GPO Contract Membership team with the administration of contract membership eligibility for national GPO agreements. This information is provided to customers, distributors, and internal business teams. Scope includes validating GPO members' eligibility and alignment to all contracts to ensure accurate customer pricing and notification to distributors.

Supporting a team of 6 associates. Identify client customer number based on customer address demographics using various data sources. Validate customers are eligible for and aligned to the appropriate GPO contracts/tier. Utilize Power BI to ensure customers are aligned to a single GPO (SGA - Single Group Affiliation). Manually enter and/or mass upload contract pricing connections into two SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, including data acquisition, data mining, and data analysis.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a variable workload to meet schedules with accurate results.
• Ability to work well independently in a team environment, be self-motivated, and multi-task while achieving expectations.
• Analytical problem solver.
• Strong proficiency and advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (must demonstrate strong abilities with VLookups, advanced filters, pivot tables, and other analytic formulas).
• PREFERRED: Experience with Power BI and in ERP (SAP).
