About the Role

LiftHER Career is a career launcher focused on empowering soon-to-be and recent college graduates by building the essential skills, experience, and professional networks needed to launch and thrive in one's career. We help young professionals confidently launch and grow their careers.

About the Program

The Grad2Hire program is LiftHER's signature career readiness training + hands-on experiential learning program which leads into direct job referrals. The program is designed for recent and upcoming graduates. This is not a passive course; it is an active "career launchpad".

Requirements

• Recent college graduates (undergraduate or graduate)
• Will graduate by Spring 2027 (all majors welcome)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn about and explore careers in risk management, insurance, financial services, and business
• Connection to Connecticut or interest in exploring career opportunities in CT
• Motivated to launch your career
• No prior experience required though helpful to ensure you secure a full-time role or fellowship
