Analyst - Elite Athlete Program

We are looking for an energetic analyst to join the Corporate Planning & Analytics team. The individual will provide analysis and insight into key business drivers. The individual will also play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting, participating in analytical projects and initiatives. This role is part of our Elite Athlete Program.

Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Leads/Coordinates and secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Ensures that project is completed on time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs.
• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
• Performs clerical or administrative work.
• Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work.
• Performs duties according to established procedures.
• Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
• Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Qualifications

Pay

Salary Range: $36.00 - $38.00 USD (hourly wage). Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Bonus Eligible.
