Analyst/Developer

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Analyst/Developer to perform complex analysis and end-to-end business intelligence report development. This role involves utilizing a variety of technologies, including SQL at an advanced level. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology partners to ascertain requirements, determine data sources, develop analytics, and implement delivery strategies using established databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement database-related solutions.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions to track and assess performance.
• Create and maintain procedures and documentation.
• Gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions regarding complex data and information.
• Develop, provide guidance, and offer recommendations on process improvements and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Tableau report development.
• 3+ years of Alteryx development or familiarity with ETL platforms.
• 3+ years of SQL coding and reporting.

• Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills.

• Strong presentational skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time to meet deadlines.
