Who We’re Looking For Toyota’s Vehicle Contribution Margin Inventory Management Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Analyst – Cost Accounting. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead & support Inventory Management and Material Cost Analysis activities, Direct Raw Material bill-of-material creation, costing, variance analysis and reporting, General Stores inventory audit, and Physical Inventory coordination for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas (TMMTX) Reporting to the Manager of Cost Accounting, this individual will be responsible for supporting Inventory Management and Material costing activities for several production shops and General Stores. The role will support the Inventory Management department in preparing accurate bills of materials, supporting physical inventory activities, and delivering meaningful analysis and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support and lead inventory activities, including execution of physical inventories, monthly cycle counts and investigation of outlier parts.
- Lead direct raw material analysis and reporting for Assembly, Plastics, and Bodyweld/Machining
- Prepare and present MUV reports for assigned shops, supporting them with analysis and cost reduction efforts.
