Analyst-Compliance Solution

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive risk assessments for at-risk affiliates.
• Partnering with affiliate leadership to develop practical corrective action plans.
• Making referrals for disciplinary action.
• Monitoring compliance with Habitat policies and ministry requirements.
• Evaluating affiliate submissions and presenting recommendations to the Compliance Committee.
• Developing measurable improvement plans for affiliates on probation.
• Tracking organizational risk trends and preparing reports for leadership.
• Designing and improving systems, tools, and processes that strengthen affiliate oversight.
• Collaborating across teams to solve complex organizational challenges.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to affiliates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience working with Habitat for Humanity or a similar nonprofit organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience building collaborative relationships while navigating sensitive situations.
• Compassion, patience, persistence, and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in: Nonprofit organizational risk assessments, Compliance or governance, Conflict resolution or mediation, Organizational development, Change management, Continuous process improvement, Performance monitoring and reporting.
• Knowledge of Habitat for Humanity’s mission and affiliate model is highly preferred.

For work locations in the US, the annual hiring range for this position is: $63,900.00 - $84,700.00 USD.
