Analyst Compliance II/III

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing and monitoring consumer-facing products and services to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Supports identification of compliance gaps and contributes to reporting outputs.
• Participates in periodic risk assessments and related testing activities to evaluate compliance risks and control effectiveness.
• Assists in documenting findings and supporting issue resolution.
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Helps ensure content reflects current regulatory expectations and supports employee understanding.
• Reviews marketing materials, disclosures, and customer-facing documents to support compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.
• Affords assistance in preparing materials for audits and regulatory examinations and maintaining documentation of compliance activities and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience or certification(s).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal or regulatory compliance, or a related field for Level II.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in legal or regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field for Level III.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, problem solving, results driven, and risk analysis.
• Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in bank acumen, business acumen, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, laws and regulations, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze information, communicate effectively, and collaborate across functions while supporting compliance processes and regulatory adherence.
