About the role
This role supports all compensation processes, policies, and practices. The primary responsibilities include configuring systems for the Year-End Review process, monitoring and addressing emergent issues, supporting other compensation processes, and developing and maintaining process documentation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Excellence, HR Tech, and the global Rewards COE to configure all systems in preparation for the Year-End Review (YER) process.
- Maintain the YER process throughout and act as a subject matter expert to address any emergent issues, and play a key role in after-action review to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Support other compensation processes — including ACAS allocation/taxation, LPSP calculation, and SIP communication — by developing and deploying templates and other tools to support process execution.
- Work with the Total Rewards COE to develop reporting related to key compensation issues, policies, and practices.
- Support the management and maintenance of compensation system tools to ensure accurate and timely data entry, extraction, and reporting in support of key compensation cycles.
- Complete salary survey data entry and extraction in coordination with the Director, Compensation Operations and the Compensation Business Partnering team.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures for assigned compensation processes to support scalability and knowledge continuity within the Tampa team.
- Complete ad hoc reporting requests and projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, psychology, finance, or another analytic field.
- Minimum 2 years HR experience with exposure to Compensation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a broader, global team with a customer-focused orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with attention to detail, tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, strong mathematical and compensation analytical skills.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures with a strong curiosity in HR and understanding of HR disciplines such as change management, organizational design, talent management, training design, employment law, etc.
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Some experience with an HRIS tool and familiarity with emerging AI tools.

- Prior experience working in a multi-national, highly matrixed organization or in a consulting practice preferred.
