then the list. Now qualifications: We have "The Qualifications We’re Looking For" paragraph with bullet-like sentences. Then "Minimum Qualifications" with 1+ years experience and High school Diploma or GED equivalent. We could make a Requirements section (or Qualifications). Use h3 "Requirements". Include the paragraphs. We could also have a Skills section for MS proficiency and financial analysis. But we might combine qualifications and skills into one Requirements section to avoid thin sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called "Requirements". That would include degree preference, experience, skills, proficiency. Thus:
Requirements
Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent training.
Two years of commercial credit underwriting or equivalent commercial Auto lending experience is preferred.
Strong financial analysis and analytic/problem solving skills required.
Proficient in intermediate MS applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of experience; High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
But we need to preserve the exact wording. Could keep as separatefor each sentence. Now schedule: Work Schedule description. We have: "Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need." We can put that in a Schedule section. Now benefits: We have mention of generous benefits and employee resource groups in the intro. Could we create a Benefits section? The intro already covers that. Might be redundant. Since we already have About the role covering that, we can skip separate Benefits section. Now we need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate: EEO statement, accommodation request, etc. Remove. Also remove duplicated lines: The posting repeats "Ally Financial is a customer-centric, leading digital financial services company..." That's in Who We Are. We need to keep that substantive info. So we need a section for Who We Are? Could be About the role or maybe a separate "About Ally". But we have only headings list; we could use "About the role" to include both intro and Who Are? But the intro already includes culture; Who Are is more about company description. Could combine. Better to have two sections: About the role (intro about culture) and About Ally (company description). But the instruction only gave examples; we can use other headings if needed? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those. We could put company description under About the role as well. Thus About the role paragraph will include both the culture intro and the Who Are description. Let's craft About the role:

That preserves all. Now responsibilities: include lead paragraph and bullet list. Lead paragraph: "As part of the Commercial Services Group, the Analyst - Commercial Credit will be responsible for completing the financial analysis and related due diligence for extensions of credit lines to current and prospective business customers. The position requires
