The Category Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. The Category Analyst works closely with key stakeholders to ensure that data-driven decisions are implemented effectively, and they play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes.

What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years of analytical experience in a retail and/or consumer packaged goods role
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MSL Office Suite (Excel, PowerBi, PPT, Word)
- Balances workload and priorities
- Proven success with analytical interpretation of complex data sets
- Effective and concise communication and presentation skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Negotiation ability
- Exposure to syndicated/competitive data (e.g. Nielsen, Circana)
- Experience with accounting terminology and understanding of profit and loss (P&L) structure concepts, including the ability to analyze financial statements, and apply these principles in various business scenarios.
