Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE A business development analyst supports development activities for assigned projects in North America. Responsible for day-to-day development tasks including budgeting and scheduling. Performs research, supports on-the-ground field work. Collaborates with all project stakeholders, building relationships and team spirit to drive results. This role involves cross-functional coordination, project management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. Required Work Experience0-3 years of experience in a strategic or leadership support role (e.g., consulting, operations, or executive support).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Additional RequirementsExperience working in the electricity industryFamiliarity with business strategy, financial analysis, and organizational development.Background in consulting, operations, or corporate strategy is a plus. The expected starting pay range for this role is $80,000 - $108,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
