Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Help turn complex data into meaningful business insight.
• Build reporting tools that leaders rely on.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reporting, presentations, and visualizations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify trends and opportunities.
• Support improvement efforts that drive measurable impact.
• Simplify reporting, advance data literacy, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Contribute both strategically and operationally.
• Support product roadmap requirements.
• Assist with monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to support product strategy, roadmap decisions, and prioritization efforts.
• Elevate, simplify, and drive data literacy and reporting within the organization.
• Create and maintain functional business requirements for product roadmap builds.
• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and business-relevant manner.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Experience with SQL and assisting in creating new analytical queries and outputs.

Preferred Experience

• Working with a Business Intelligence tool (Power BI, or Tableau preferred).
• Health care financial industry background, with understanding of levers in risk arrangements.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data, such as claims or EMR.
