About the Role
This function focuses on analyzing and processing transfer-of-assets delivery requests for mutual fund and brokerage accounts across several lines of business, including Retail, Correspondent, and Advisor customers. You will interact with multiple groups within Fidelity and throughout the financial-services industry.
Responsibilities
- Meet and maintain minimum productivity-level requirements.
- Perform analysis on transactions to ensure all business requirements are met.
- Deliver quality work in every interaction through timely and accurate processing.
- Handle written inquiries from internal business partners, correspondent firms, and other financial-services companies.
- Prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple daily deadlines.
- Foster team collaboration and coach teammates through constructive feedback.
- Analyze Transfer Initiation Forms and initiate delivery transfers of money, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other asset types using channels such as the Automated Customer Account Transfer System (ACATS) and the Depository Trust Company (DTC).
- Coordinate with internal business partners and external counterparts in the financial-services industry.
Requirements
- Series 7 License required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of brokerage-operations experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently within a dynamic team while meeting high performance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external business partners.
- Initiative to identify process-improvement opportunities and create efficiencies within the department.
- Ability to contribute and excel in a fast-paced, highly engaged, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive, open-minded attitude.
- Exceptional problem-resolution skills with the ability to assess risk and interpret business requirements to deliver well-informed, effective solutions.
- Proven experience in delivering constructive, actionable feedback that supports team development and fosters continuous improvement.

Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
