Responsibilities

- Calculate equity fund distribution waterfalls for all investments. - Prepare Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for properties. - Maintain master databases and oversee changes in both debt and equity funds. - Support annual audits for all investments. - Ensure high integrity and discretion with access to sensitive information.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics from an accredited university. - Advanced Excel skills for producing reports. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. - High integrity and excellent discretion.

Qualifications

- No prior apartment industry experience required. - Proven track record of leading, motivating, and managing teams.
