The Analyst is an integral part of the M&A team providing support for investment banking engagements and transactions. This position will work closely with senior team members on projects including business sales and divestitures, acquisitions, and recapitalization. Providing hands-on and real-world experience, the position will allow for career growth and professional development across business, financial analysis, communications, marketing, and sales skillsets. The Analyst will be given increasing responsibility over time and high performers can expect career advancement opportunities Principal Accountabilities The duties identified below are the essential responsibilities of the position: Provide support for the day-to-day management and execution of M&A transactionsAssist in the preparation of company valuations, financial models, company marketing materials and client presentationsPerform company and industry researchPrepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial informationBuild relationships and maintain up to date contact and guidance with clients and professional advisorsEngage in ongoing personal development in line with firm’s growth and development strategy Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required.
