• Processing US medical billing with precision according to defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Handling payer rejections effectively to ensure timely resolution.
• Contributing to a 24/7 work environment, including night shifts.
• Collaborating with team members, peers, and seniors to maintain positive interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Ability to work in an evolving healthcare setting and contribute to innovative solutions.
