Analyst-Associate New Accounts
Principal Duties And Essential Functions
- Purposefully document all aspects of the new account opening process, including pre-filling new account custodial paperwork and investment management agreements, confirming accurate completion of client documents, and reviewing account set up for accuracy.
- Take initiative in finding innovative solutions to resolve account matters and sensitive client interactions.
- Orchestrate the team in developing, documenting, and maintaining firm processes and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including firm management, and external partners to address and resolve client requests and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and providing support as required.
- Participate in client meetings as an operational expert as needed.
- Assist in general administrative duties such as answering phones, directing calls, and other duties as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution
- 1-4 years of experience in the Client Service arena, preferably within financial services
- High degree of accuracy, detail orientation, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to take direction from multiple parties, work independently, balance multiple deadlines, and remain detail oriented and well organized
- Mature, innovative, self-starter with a strong aptitude to learn, willingness to take ownership of areas of responsibility, and strong desire to successfully see tasks from start to finish
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a “client first” attitude
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM, Appian, and Archer preferred
- Working knowledge of operations and client service preferred
Pay
Salary Range: $ 72,000.00 - $ 88,000.00
