About the role
The Traditional Print Analyst serves as a key member of Quad's Insights & Analytics team, supporting the planning, optimization, measurement, and reporting of traditional print media programs for clients across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics liaison between client teams, media strategy, operations, data engineering, and external partners to support print media initiatives.
- Analyze print campaign performance using internal and third-party data sources to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
- Validate data accuracy and collaborate with technical teams to resolve reporting discrepancies or data quality issues.
- Support traditional print media optimization efforts through audience analysis, geographic performance reviews, circulation analysis, response measurement, and other performance evaluations.
- Partner with client service teams to prepare materials for client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Document reporting methodologies, business processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Assist with special projects and analytical initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics, marketing, traditional print media, or a related business function preferred.
- Experience working with marketing performance data, campaign reporting, or business intelligence is preferred.
- Experience supporting client-facing teams or working directly with clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with traditional print marketing is desirable.
Skills & Abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis functions.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong quality assurance practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Pay
Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $55,000–$60,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
Schedule
Can be located in Sussex, WI, Chicago, IL, or Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience will be considered.
