About the Opportunity

The ANALYST, AI PLATFORM & ENABLEMENT is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and adoption of approved AI platforms. This role ensures smooth platform administration, user support, training, and documentation to promote effective and responsible AI use across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise AI platforms including user and license management
• Manage user provisioning, access issues, and support queues
• Monitor connector performance and coordinate technical escalations
• Maintain operational documentation and communicate updates
• Deliver onboarding, training, and coaching on AI tools and workflows
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials for non-technical audiences
• Assist employees in creating responsible AI-assisted workflows
• Collect user feedback and recommend process improvements
• Track adoption and support KPIs, complete access reviews and governance reporting
• Uphold company ethics, data handling, and compliance policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in SaaS administration, IT operations, technical support, or similar
• Proficiency with enterprise AI tools and foundational AI concepts
• Experience managing cloud or SaaS platforms including access workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience in user onboarding and cross-department collaboration
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI use, and data privacy
• Preferred experience with ITSM, vendor ticketing, automation, enterprise search, and AWS services
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Pay

The base salary for this role ranges from $112,000 to $126,000. Candidates may be eligible for variable incentives such as bonuses.
