About the role
This role focuses on leveraging data analysis to identify and support AI initiatives that enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Understand business operations, processes, and workflows
- Identify and evaluate AI opportunities to generate value and efficiencies
- Analyze large datasets to uncover potential AI use cases
- Conduct feasibility and ROI assessments of AI initiatives
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders on AI project roadmaps and design
- Present findings clearly to diverse audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
- Experience working with large healthcare datasets
- Proficiency with data analysis tools/languages (SQL, Python, R, BI platforms)
- Prior experience supporting AI or automation projects
- Strong critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proactive, curious, and innovative mindset
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (preferred, willingness to learn)
