Responsibilities
- AI & Automation Implementation
- Build, implement, and maintain AI-enabled automation workflows that integrate across SaaS tools, systems, APIs, and data sources
- Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders for defined use cases and recommend appropriate automation solutions, including when and how AI should be applied
- Configure and manage AI steps within workflows, including prompts, logic, inputs/outputs, and guardrails
- Translate requirements and workflow designs into reliable, production-ready automations
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within automation workflows to ensure stability and performance
- Maintain and iterate on existing automations based on feedback, usage, and evolving business needs
- Document workflows, configurations, and implementation details to support reuse and scalability
- Delivery & Program Execution
- Support day-to-day execution of IT initiatives by maintaining task tracking, timelines, and delivery artifacts
- Update project boards, trackers, and status reports to ensure visibility and accountability across initiatives
- Aid in testing coordination, rollout planning, and post-launch support activities
- Track action items, dependencies, and follow-ups to help keep initiatives moving forward
- Partner with IT leadership to surface risks, blockers, or execution gaps early
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency or delivery processes and bring ideas and recommendations forward for consideration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience building or supporting automation workflows in a business or technical environment
- Practical experience implementing integrations across systems, SaaS tools, APIs, or data sources
- Familiarity with applying AI tools or capabilities within workflows (e.g., summarization, classification, extraction, or decision support)
- Strong understanding of workflow concepts such as triggers, actions, conditions, and error handling
- Comfortable working with common data formats (e.g., JSON, CSV) and basic technical documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements and priorities constantly change
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- A self-starter with an ability to complete tasks both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
