About the role

Join us as a Continuous Improvement & Business Process professional and help shape smarter, more sustainable ways of working across the supply chain. In this role, you will lead and support initiatives that standardize processes, improve data accuracy, reduce cost, and deliver meaningful operational improvements. You will turn business needs into practical solutions while balancing strategic projects with day-to-day priorities.

Partnering closely with IT, business users, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design, test, and optimize processes that support reliable master data, parameters, and transactional data for effective planning. You will conduct data-integrity audits, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and track performance through clear project and operational metrics. Your work will help strengthen the value chain while advancing a culture of continuous improvement.

You will manage multiple projects from planning through implementation, adjust plans as opportunities or needs evolve, and communicate progress, results, and roadblocks with clarity. You will develop process documentation, build and deliver training plans, and support change-management efforts that help teams adopt new tools and practices successfully. Familiarity with AGILE ways of working will support your ability to deliver iterative, sustainable improvements.

As a trusted technical resource, you will contribute expertise in continuous improvement and automation across SAP, robotic process automation, AI, machine learning, and related systems. You will research and recommend improvements to systems, policies, and procedures; develop business scenarios for design and testing; and bring current supply chain knowledge to each initiative. Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and optimize processes to support reliable master data, parameters, and transactional data for effective planning.
  • Conduct data-integrity audits, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and track performance through clear metrics.
  • Manage multiple projects from planning through implementation, adjusting plans as needs evolve.
  • Communicate progress, results, and roadblocks with clarity to stakeholders.
  • Develop process documentation, build and deliver training plans, and support change-management efforts.
  • Contribute expertise in continuous improvement and automation across SAP, robotic process automation, AI, and machine learning.
  • Research and recommend improvements to systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop business scenarios for design and testing.
  • Travel to company offices, sites, and meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events up to 5% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of supply chain, finance, operations, new product development, or regulatory compliance experience reflecting increasing responsibility; OR High School diploma or equivalent plus 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong project, time management, and communication skills.
  • Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Understands business cases and develops scenarios to design and test systems effectively.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a Supply Chain Management or Business Administration concentration, plus 8 years of supply chain or production planning experience.
  • Master of Business Administration degree.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies.
  • Skilled in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Experience presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Skilled in MS Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SAP.
  • Skilled in working with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, geometry, and trigonometry.
  • Skilled in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Skilled in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Skilled in interpreting technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with abstract and concrete variables.
  • Experience performing varied work that may involve limited responsibility, requiring evaluation, originality, or ingenuity.
  • Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
  • Skilled in performing under pressure, coping with change or uncertainty, and multitasking effectively.
  • Skilled in performing detail-oriented tasks and identifying/correcting discrepancies.
  • Experience maintaining professional relationships with peers, internal and external customers.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Skilled in maintaining composure during stressful situations and utilizing conflict management techniques.
  • Experience applying discretion in dealing with confidential information.
  • Experience with basic RPA tools and automation.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, LucidChart).
  • Understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.
  • Experience with SAP transaction execution.

Pay

$93,800 - $140,600 per year. The Company offers a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.

Schedule

This is a full-time, hybrid role with occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance of the specified work location(s).
